    Hey guys! Im lost.

    When i buy a game for my xbox one i usually just write in the code of the xbox coupon and the game starts to install. But now i found out there are games from the xbox 360 i can play on the xbox one as well. so i was very happy.

    But with the 360 games the above mentioned procedure does not work. And i have no idea why.

    Please help.

    And tell me how i can install and buy the gaaaammmmeeeessss! D:

    How purchase things using money on your MS Account on Xbox.com?

    The Xbox.com Games Store does not yet actually accept the funds stored in your Microsoft Account, it is not yet able to use these towards your purchases.

    In order to use this payment method you do actually need to do it through a console.

    have you checked in the my games and apps tab on your home screen: top right corner? Press that and check your list that says ready to install. When you get xbox 360 games that are backwards compatible, you have to manually select them to download.

    If you are talking about using the digital download codes, you can login to your xbox live account on xbox.com. Enter the code there and then go into xbox one and manually download the game.

    good lord, how is microsoft getting this so badly wrong. Online payments should be a solved issue at this point in time, amazon does countless thousands per hour, WHY cant microsoft accept ONE of the 3 credit cards (in good standing) that i submit. Moreover,
    they have accepted a payment for a 12 month Gold Account, then ten minutes later refuse to accept a payment for a game, from any of my accounts. This is ridiculous and will end up with me returning the device to the store tomorrow as it is clearly not fit
    for purpose. Shambles.

    I'm also having a problem with the backwards compatible 360 Arcade title Dead Space Ignition. I purchased that game in October of 2010. It does not show up on my Ready to Install tab. The listing for the game on the Xbox One store shows that I need to
    pay for it, but the Xbox.com listing shows that I have already purchased the game. For some reason, the representative was unable to find a record of the game in my purchase history.
