how to install a game that was redeemed, but was not sent to xbox?

I redeemed a code through the microsoft store, and was told it was ready on my xbox. But when I went into the xbox, the game wasn't there, and not in the que waiting to be installed. the code has been redeemed but is in limbo somewhere. how do i get
my game??

if you go into the store on xbox.com and sign in, then goto the page of the game you have redeemed the code for, does it say you own this game?

Have you checked on the Store from the console?

Did you make sure that you used the same Microsoft Account to redeem the code that you use on the console?

When you redeemed it on the PC, can you go to the store website of the game and check if it shows the "Install on my devices" button? Does your console show up there?

When you sign in on
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/ is your console shown on that account?

The same thing happened to me. Xbox sent a code for deluxe content, and I redeemed it, but I have no idea how to install it. Can somebody please help me?

Thanks for your post. To install games that have been already redeemed from a token, be sure to be signed into the account you redeemed it on. Then use this article:

How to install games on Xbox One and follow the guide for reinstalling games. After the games are installed it should be ready to play normally.
