    How to initiate lost package procedure?


    So I recently sent my Series S in for repairs and Microsoft shipped it back, but Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. FedEx is looking for it but they said I should contact Microsoft so they can initiate lost package procedures and file a claim. What is the best way to do this so I can get some kind of restitution? I have asked my neighbors but none of them have it.

    With regards to the issue, have you tried tracking your order first? You may track it by following the steps to be found on this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

    However, in the event you also cannot find further details of your package under your Microsoft order history page. It would be best to contact the Microsoft store sales support in order to report the missing package, since we don't have any means here to check it as I am just a fellow member. You may visit this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil... to get in touch with the sales team and report it. They may ask you for further details but you may get it all from your Microsoft account and email you received for this order.

    I have tried tracking it but it just says delivered even though it wasnt delivered to me. I'll contact the sales team though

    I understand and my apologies to hear about what happened! Yes I would suggest you contact the Microsoft store sales team to report the package instead so they can check on their end what happened and what steps needed in order to for you to get the item you paid for.

    Initializing downloadable content package...

    I read about an easier way to get it to work and so far it's 100%. Before you load up AC4, disconnect from the internet. Next, start the game and load freedom cry. Once your in game pause it( not sure if you ACTUALLY have to pause, but it's how I do it.
    Finally, reconnect to the internet and go back to your game.
