How to I show my year badge on my profile?

I’ve had my account for about 5-6 years now and around a few months ago on my profile it displayed a badge under my followers that had a white circle with “5” in it meaning the amount of years I’ve been on Xbox, but for some reason ever since I got my series X, it’s not showing it anymore, is there a way to get back the number or did it reset because of a new console?

That number is for the amount of time you've had Gold, not just the number of years you've been on Xbox. Do you still have a Gold subscription?

all my badges are gone from March of 2013 and all of this year the only badges that are showing are April 2013. I want all my badges back that I earned from this year and last year

I like the badges I think ita a cool addition and something nice to achieve. Although I don't know how to show more than one at a time on my xbox profile.

Can you tell me how account veteran status is there? Maybe you been on Xbox for 5 years. Maybe 2 years. How can I show it off in a badge? Don't say gold because that doesn't reflect account veteran status & is not a badge.

Turn off the option to show your Ambassador badge on your profile. For some reason that causes the issue, but has mever been fixed.

Excellent advice, thank you. You are quite right...turned off the "shows on Xbox Profile" and suddenly my profile shows up correctly again. How odd!
