How to I prevent this remote play bug?

I don't have an XBox headset. So I use remote play from my PC to get audio and use the XBox Game Bar to talk in parties. Whenever I disconnect my PC from the remote play trying to resolve an audio issue. It locks ALL controls in 90% of games (except from the middle button, but when you do it locks). Can't press start nor back. I am on XBox Series S. I had to do so today due to the audio being extremely choppy, disconnected, tried to reconnect, couldn't reconnect (at this point all controls seized up), and now stopping all of my progress to restart the XBox. Been going on for a while. I was wondering if Microsoft even knew this existed.

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again. Then do the same for the Xbox Game Bar app:

Exactly this. There must be an issue in the hardware that is preventing the remote connection. I hope Microsoft can figure this out soon, remote play is the primary reason I subscribe to ultimate.

Sorry. But as my original post said, I am trying to do this through my phone to access remote play. Although I do have one more question.

Does having a password on your Xbox prevent remote play?

Bug Bash is an early game which can even be played with Xbox Media Remote instead. Cool I guess.
