    How do I obtain the promotional 50000 points? I purchased my Xbox from Microsoft Store and received the Xbox on Friday last week. I called Microsoft store and they directed me to live support. And live support direct me to this forum to assist with getting
    the points.

    Not being given credits for purchases

    hi, I know there is a "shop and earn" rewards program for purchases from windows/Microsoft stores on bing rewards (or Microsoft rewards, whatever it is called now). I just purchased the gears of war 4 limited edition xbox one s console from the Microsoft
    store and haven't received any reward points in doing so. Not only did I not get credits from the xbox rewards program, but on my bing rewards account it says earn 1 point per $1 spent in the store. I spent $450 in the store on this console and still haven't received
    any credits. I'm trying to understand how preordering a game from the microsoftstore grants 15000 rewards credits, but a console purchase (which should grant more) gave me nothing.

    Hi SneeringGold350. The purchase has to be made at microsoftstore.com to qualify. We do not see a console purchase transaction on your Microsoft account associated with this Gamertag from microsoftstore.com.

    Also I have not been getting my Xbox Live Reward points for the money I spend in the Microsoft store. And I'm supposed to get 3% Back on all the money I spend on games. But that's not what happens. I always have to beg for the Reward points and then I only
    get 1% back. And I'm not some kid. I'm a 42 year old that likes playing Xbox one games. And have spent Thousands of dollars on games from the Microsoft store. Just check my account. I have been trying to get someone to fix Both Of these problems for a month

    Have not received points from a promotion.

    I have checked, there is nothing in my email that has to do with the points I get from the promotion which is causing me some trouble. I have emails regarding the points I got from purchasing code cards from stores as well as the ones I got from the Rewards
    program though.
