how to i get my games back

i just rest my console and i chose keep games and apps but when the reset finished and my console booted up no of my games or apps are there but my storage says the games are there. please help

Whenever you're trying to install any of your games and apps what is the exact error message or error code that you're getting?

Kindly try the power cycle, Kane. Check if there will be an improvement or if the reset is successful.

I would like to clarify, do you have an External hard drive plugged into your console, and these games were installed there?

it did not work so how am i gonna fix this his cause my storage is taken up the games i cant see and even if i wanted to reinstall the games i cant cause the console wont allow it
