How to i find out if my Ip address is band or blocked? If so how do i fix it?

on Xbox one game pass works, I can launch the store, but it will not load anything. tried bringing up my account in web browser and nothing loads. the only thing we can do to get it to load or work for that matter is to use a vpn. is my Ip address banded or blocked? I can't use a vpn on a Xbox so they are useless now. How do I fix this?

Have you tried restarting your router/modem? In most cases, this will assign you a new IP address from your ISP.

Try unplugging your router/modem for at least 5 minutes, plug it back in, and then let me know if the issue persists.

Ok, so I did the ping thing with the ip address and it said that ping request could not find host. What does that mean and how do I fix that?

They would have to chase your IP address down from your ISP so that part is doubtful. Tracking your IP to a physical address not going to happen.

To do the IP to address they would have to get the IP; hard to do. Figure out what modem it was assigned to then get into the ISP account to see what address that modem had for its billing account.
