How to I file a official complaint?

Microsoft has infringed my rights as a consumer, I have been banned for my gamerpic, the gamerpic was of a Proboscis Monkey, gamerpic of animals are not illegal, they Infringe no community guidelines. Microsoft have no way of contacting a livechat agent to talk about complaints or even to do with suspensions, I also cannot submit a case review on it. Microsoft are blatantly abusing their power and have used it to suspend a long lasting customer. The length of the ban is nothing too serious, however it is the principle, Microsoft CANNOT be allowed to do this, I pay for a service and cannot access said service, I cannot complain about the service. When I sign for permissions, I agree to the guidelines, likewise Microsoft agrees to adhere to them also. How many cases have people been banned for no reason whatsoever? How much money has Microsoft effectively stolen from their consumers? And why is there no way to file a complaint about these matters? I feel as if legal action must be taken, however before taking action, I believe I must notify someone at the very least who may have further knowledge on this. This has not been the first time Microsoft has banned me for no wrong doings, It probably won't be the last and the fact theirs nothing a consumer can do about it is ridiculous.
