How to I access a game oce i bought it online

Did you own the base game before purchasing the DLC? Did you purchase the Bundle?

Please check your library:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My Games & apps > See All.

Under Full Library> Owned games

Download the game from here.

You can also install it remotely from the website:

To install the DLC, you can follow these steps:

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

Select Install, to confirm the installation.

i bought all the collectible maps and that took a ton of OC, and i only ran Chaos Squad a few times and got next to nothing, now that i've bought all the maps, and all the weapons i wanted, Chaos Squad is giving me a ton of OC now >_<

Yes it happens even after a complete windows reinstall.

Yes there are some programs.

I have reinstalled the OS, the game, did troubleshoot and reset in the application menu in Windows.

I can't because I bought the game online. It won't let me access the game unless wifi is on.

I think I added it as a trusted device the right way, it shows up in my account's devices, but I still don't have Subnautica, and even worse I lost every paid DLC I had for Destiny 2, I had all but one and now they're all gone, despite me keeping my game progress and items I gained from those DLCs
