How to Get Xbox Badges ?

I'm wondering how to get badges with numbers on them. I know it's you get gamerscore but I don't know how much.

Most badges are only available for employees. There are only 2 badges for non-employees. If you are eligible for the Ambassador program, you can sign up and earn a badge after completing some activity in the program (http://ambassadors.microsoft.com/xbox) The second badge is only for Xbox MVPs. http://mvp.xbox.com

The top left is tenure. It's to show how long you've had Gold. All of the others were given to employees.

If you are talking about the badges that Phil Spencer and Major Nelson has on their profiles then you would need to work for Microsoft/Xbox. As those badges are given to employees only.

Xbox Ambassadors does get a badge that shows that they are Ambassadors. Need to join the program and reach the bronze tier to qualify for the badge.

Only people who were MVP's before they shut down the MVP program can have that badge,no one else can get it now.You also get a tenure badge that show's how long you've had a Xbox gold subscription.

Other than that the other badges are for certain people that work for Xbox.
