How to get worlds back they are basically corrupted and keep saying connot sync

I just want confirm, which device/platform do you use to play Minecraft?

What steps have you tried so far as well?

Hi thank you. I will try that. I'll try reset but keep games and apps first to see if that fixes my problem. Then I'll try more aggressive reset to factory.

if that doesn't work I'll just accept that the minecraft world is gone. I chatted with support 30 minutes ago and they say I probably had a corrupted file that synced to live and that is why I can't get my game world back because the saved data sync as
corrupted data.

But this reset to factory may clear out something that was keeping me from getting my game world. I'll give it a shot.

I uninstalled Minecraft and I can now see the world on my world list but whenever I try to edit or load the world it says “Failed to sync world data the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted try playing the world on a console where it’s in a good state and try migrating it again”

Its basically a total reset for that specific game and that specific account. I don't think you'll "lose" your DLC, you'll just have to redownload it.

Im pretty sure im still ahle to redownload all my resource packs.

Only thing is, it WILL delete all your worlds.. you might be able to "sync old worlds "back in game but I didnt bother because I deleted all mine and am scared one of my old worlds actually caused my account to be corrupted in the first place.

Maybe double check on how to backup your worlds onto an external hard drive if you dont want to lose them. For me, it was totally worth losing all my worlds to get the game back in working order hehehe
