How to get unbanned when you're innocent and cant get ahold of Microsoft or xbox

I've been banned 3 or 4 times on madden weeks at a time for absolutely nothing.so my question is how do I get unbanned when you cant call Microsoft or xbox? also how do I keep from getting banned again?

I also contacted ea through Twitter no reply and when I called them it said my number was out of range somehow

If you are getting banned from the game itself, then you'd need to contact whoever develops Madden as it's not MS or Xbox doing the Enforcement

If it's an Xbox Live ban, then you'd need the Enforcement website:

It's tough to tell they do it differently every time..this time instead of my yard player walking out its brady and ultimate team superstar ko exhibition yard and face of franchise dissapear when I click on them or are already gone when brady walks out

i was charged too, i cant seem to get ahold of microsoft at all. contact support just isn't feasible

i dont have my code either and i hate how you cant get ahold of anyone at 343 so that they can get it resolved
