How to get transaction receipts sent to other email

I have an old email as my main alias on my Xbox MS account that I cannot sign into to view email inbox. How can I get a past purchase receipt sent to a different email?

You're welcome. I am afraid that it cannot be re-emailed on our end. You could check your order history instead here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to download your invoice.

You could as well try to contact the Microsoft/Xbox support team if they could do it for you.

Just did that thanks! Know how to get old receipts re emailed??

If you haven't got them yet, I would contact support and provide a receipt that should have been sent to your email if the transaction went through. It's also possible because of the maintenance the transaction did not go through and contact support if it
did not.
