How to get the Xbox One development Kit ?

Hi Xbox players,

I just finished my project on Unity 5.6.5 and to publish it on Xbox One, I need the "Xbox One development Kit".

Does someone know how to get it ?

Another free to play game is coming to microsoft

Now they need to make ther indey development kits to have the same freedoms as google consoles development kits does.

How did I miss this...

Should be a new dev kit for the developers, hopefully allowing them to get a bit more from the xbox. We'll see the development software improving frequently.
