How to get the six or ten digits code for Xbox360?

I like the 360! It was a gift from my brother in-law. I want to connect my phone to it, theres nothing on how to do it! I feel so lost and confused. Nothing is working and there no answer anywhere. I know its an old system but people still use them, i just want the thing to work and since its an xbox 360 you dont get them new out of the box so the fack that every where i go it says “put the code you got when you get the thing in to your app..” i dont have it i followed everything down to the T. I cant hard reset or else ill loose everything i have so im stumped. Please I just need help and my stupidity is not helping!

You can't xbox 360 can't be connected to a phone to activate thats only for newer consoles

Hello,

I digitally preordered Rainbow Six Siege and today I received codes to redeem Vegas 1 and Vegas 2 for 360. I redeemed the first code fine but the code for Vegas 2 was the same key as Vegas 1 again.

I contacted support who directed me here to be able to get a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 360.

Same thing happened to me. I received both of my messages separately, each containing codes from pre-ordering Rainbow Six Siege, one saying it was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and the other for Rainbow Six Vegas 2, but both codes are the same and when used they
each give a digital copy of Vegas 1. I would like a valid code for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
