Are you on Windows 10 or Windows 11?

Let's check your network status from the Xbox app.

On Windows 10, go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. On Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app, select Settings, and then select the Network tab.
Check the Server connectivity and the NAT type.

Since the issue happens to this specific game only, try to verify and repair its game files.
Open the Xbox app for Windows.
In My Library, select the game title.
Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
Select Files and then Verify and repair.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.
