How to get support? Neither chat nor call request work for several days

I purchased a game for the second time unfortunately with this service and this game was supposed to be downloadable. There is no option to download this game once it's been purchased - once I press how to download button - it just say that go to XBox app and download it there. But the purchased game is not displayed in the app as purchased. It only shows an option to use a subscription instead of download. I can see the other game purchased in the list of my games but not the one I purchased recently. It's so annoying I can't tell you. But the question is not about this but rather about how on Earth is it possible to get support ? I tried chat at least 10 time - it doesn't work, I tried to request a call - it shows an error. Today is Thursday technically in the UK already and I try to contact support since I made a purchase last week.

XBOX Live account really sucks. Neither my VISA is accepted nor the paypal account. Both are working perfectly everywhere except here. I called several times the customer support but the had no answer.

This has not been fixed and is still an ongoing issue.

As per your previous suggestion - I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the Support team.

However, neither the call nor chat resolved my issue.

Hello!

If you've had the less than 90 days you would be able to get it replaced under warranty. If you're unable to register the controller, the only option would be to contact Xbox support directly. If the option for request a call back is working, you could
also try doing a chat with support. If neither of those options are working It may also be worth while to try doing the same thing on a different computer.

you need to contact support. check your email, that is the ONLY way the escalation team gets in contact. when they escalated it, they should of given you a service request number tied to the escalation. no one on the forums has access to your account and
neither the forums nor chat/phone support can change your gamertag for you.
