hi! l just whanted to just play roblox but it dosint work, can you help me pls?

We can try some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue however if the steps fail, we may need you to reach Roblox Support for further assistance.

Here are some suggestions that might help:

1. Close all other programs running on your computer while playing Roblox as they might be using up some of your computer’s resources.

2. If you have an old PC or laptop, then it’s possible that your computer may not be able to handle high graphic settings in Roblox. This will make your programs compete for the available CPU. In such cases, lowering the graphic settings will help you get rid of this problem as well as increase your frame rate and improve overall performance.

3. Ensure that settings are properly configured, and the integrated or dedicated GPU drivers are up-to-date.

4. You can try disabling the background applications from the task manager or Windows Settings to reduce the CPU consumption.

5. Ensure that all Roblox files in the AppData directory are removed.

• To do this: Uninstall Roblox from your computer, open the Command Prompt, type in the following commands: cd AppData\\Local (then press enter), rmdir /s Roblox (then press enter). Enter “y” when asked to answer (then press enter). Restart your computer and reinstall Roblox.
  
• Try installing Roblox from the Microsoft Store App.
  

6. Update your Windows operating system, graphics card driver, and network adapter driver. Close all unnecessary background applications. If possible, lower the graphics quality settings in Roblox.

Hi Georges, a few months ago I had the same issue when i purchased with my card which expired.

I somehow managed to get hold of an agent ( not virtual on) and they had to unblock my roblox account via xbox.

for some reason when i try and log it now, i dont get to a human agent but it keeps on prompting options on how to buy.

i need to somehow get through to an agent to unblock my account, its not a microsoft block, i think its more on xbox or the roblox platform.

i have made many purchases in the past, but due to me and my brother buying at the same time i think they though it was fraud.

the bank has already unblocked the card some time ago, but my roblux not.
