    If age restrictions are in place, they're there for a reason. Not something you can just bypass.

    demos no but thats another issue completely

    dlc can be affected by parental settings

    however m rated demos are controled by your local friendly neighbourhood government

    as trailers and demos are considered ADs and are severely restricted to adults

    esrb is now mandatory due to new laws passed in the us

    Once the age on the account is 18, you can promote the account to an adult account. If the account is not of age yet, then you can't promote it yet.
