    First, please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to see if the purchase is listed there. If it is you should be able to request a refund via https://xbox.com/refund.

    If it is not then it may be that someone else has access to your billing information. For that you would need to dispute the charges via your bank/credit card company.

    If the charge does not appear in your order history through the following website, it means that the purchase may be from another account

    Log in here and locate the “Transactions” section.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    In that section you will find the “Investigate” button, click on it and enter the data requested to track the payment, it will give you an indication of the account from which it comes from.

    If the payment is not registered in the system or appears associated with an account that you do not know, you must immediately report it to your bank, it is possible that your data is compromised.

    Does the charge show up in your order history on your Microsoft account?

    If so you can request a refund here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

    If the charge does not appear in your order history then youd have to report the charge to your bank as fraud and get your money back through them.
