    How To Get Refund For Faulty Downloads?


    Last night I attempted to order from the MS2020 Marketplace from my PC...The download would never work...MS later acknowledged that there had been a problem and corrected it...Then I noticed on my credit card that I had been charged three time for the same download! I have tried to contact the Store but to no avail...Can someone advise me how I can Chat with an agent at the Store to correct this? Thanks!

    Xbox.com is operating a scam. I entitled to a full refund under UK law it may be digital download. But UK law states under CRA 2015. I am entitled to a full refund.

    Mentions if it were faulty content then youd be entitled to a refund/repair of the faulty content but it doesnt mention that you are entitled to a refund for just any reason just because.
