How to get out of a compliance lock With TSV turned on

Hello Microsoft i have filled out the comiance lock form 4 other times i have gotten locked out of my account for “violating” your terms and service when i havent been told why also my account i have had it for 8 years and have lossed thousands of dollars in in game items / games i will not stop contacting this team i will also be sending letters to some of the office locations (which i know wont do anything im just desperate)i fully believe with every ounce of my being that i have not violated your terms and service now with saying that im hoping that someone from THIS TEAM will actually reach out to me and i can go over the situation i will also explain here now with saying that i need to have this case escalated to a higher department your lack of telling me whats happening along with permanently suspending my account being your final option which i find incredibly frustrating and this has had a big tole on me mentally sucks to see the company i have given thousands of my dollars too have such a blind eye for their systems getting abused and things like this too happen now with saying that i will explain the situation from my POV i recently had another player on xbox SneezyWolfy use scripts / bots to make group post in your clubs to harass and bully members of the xbox community me being one of the victims of this i knew this person in real life aswell but that does not matter from what i see i think yous have suspended my account for using bots when i have not this person had these bots running for a few months (i have pictures screenshots of all of this ) from what i know they have been banned from xbox (SneezyWolfy) this is really frustrating on me the fact that i cant even get a response from yous is absolutely heartbreaking im losing hope that the hundreds of hours and dollars ive put into my account is gone overnight i have complete proof of SneezyWolfy using these bots to harass members of the community including people of colour LGBT and specifically Female players i have screenshots SneezyWolfy ran the bots and what the bots would do they would abuse your clubs and systems to get interested in peoples post telling them to follow “Veilzi” (my account) for free in game items so random players would go and interact with my account and i think that has caused my suspension which i dont even know if it did im just **** guessing since yous wont tell me anything but that is from what I believe thats how i got suspended by yous i dont even know if it is the reason but if it is i would like to say i Veilzi has not violated your terms and service i STRONGLY BELIEVE in my statement here i have brang this issue up with my school and the Commissioner of e safety im hoping from what i said i get a response but probably not even arfter my information was leaked using your services to spread my information which i have had taken down Sneezy wolfy has also made mutiple account that are named Veilzi but arent me on of them says VeilziOnDoxBin and when you got to doxbin.org and type that all of my personal information is there which has currently been taken down but using your services my information was spread im only looking to gain access to my account i will do ANYTHING required in order for this to happen i will sign anything i will do anything and i will not stop contacting until i get some sort of response of course I respect Microsofts rules Terms and service and all of its employees im simply wanting my account back ( i will show more proof and can add alot more info To this situation and I believe if you hear me out you can see where im coming from and how difficult this is as one of your long Time customers my phone number was also leaked so i got spammed called also SneezyWolfy violated

If you violate these Terms, we may, in our sole discretion, stop providing Services to you or we may close your Microsoft account All of these in your terms and service yet you still will not help me no matter what i do i have sent two letters i have called contacting in everyway i can i need this account back it is very important

Not only that gotta love the customer support on calls they would tell me to ring tomorrow or say that they would call tomorrow and yet nothing they hung up on me a number of times and i think now Microsoft has blocked me number from calling them just outstanding customer support honestly coming from someone using your services for a long time

your account is gone dude microsoft is never going to fix this but i’ve heard some people are going to try and lock phil spencer’s xbox account because this method of locking microsoft accounts is so effective the compliance team has to find a way to unlock accounts on their side with 2fa

Based on your description, in your POV to be exact, you are a victim and witness to this specific person to be running bots, using scripts while playing and bullying members of the Xbox Community. It is so sketchy that they are trying to bring your gamertag to everyone letting them know you provide freebies for new followers. We understand how you feel and to raise this concern this must be first address to the right support who can verify and check those picture and details you have.

However, the team that you should submit these details and show the proof with cannot be contacted through us, support, nor through phone or chat or any other Microsoft platforms. They can only be reach out through this link - [enforcement.xbox.com]. I wish there is more we can do here in our end but this should be raised to the specific support.

Even if i wasnt the one who turned on TSV where would u enter the code if my account is locked, i have a backup code

If the account is already locked then theres nowhere to put the code.

Whatever backup code you have would no longer be valid though if someone else setup TSV after you got that code.
