    If you know the email you used and the password you put on what you do is click on the middle x button go all the way to the left you should see the add account option if you are on the xbox one.

    You need to be more specific, what kind of account you deleted? Also I don't know but i think deleting an account is permanent or you have short amount of time. I suggest you to contact support.

    Xbox Accounts can't be deleted on the service itself, only on your own devices.

    If you deleted an account from your device, simply sign in with your accounts Microsoft Account email and associated password to download your account again to your Xbox.
