    How to get my money back


    Hey , I just bought nba 2k18 from Xbox live but the problem is the game can't go further than the first quarter without sending me an error message saying the the CD can't be read even though there is no cd... I've tried time and time again to make it work
    but it won't, I would like to know how to get my 21$ back. Thanks in advance.

    I actually bought minecraft for win 10 in the microsoft store a few hours ago, when what i really wanted was the java edition, i had not even played the win 10 version.

    You would need to go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you will need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I recommend you look at your subscriptions and ask for a refund, but these are the consideration of xbox if they do or not, since it is your mistake.
