Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to update your security information after changing your phone. Did you also change or lose your mobile number? If you know your password, but have lost access to some, but not all, of your security info:

1. Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft account.

2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes.

3. Microsoft will send a security code to the new number or email to confirm. Enter that code when prompted and then select Next.

4. Select and expand the security info / verification option you have lost and select Remove.

5. Select Remove again to confirm.

Both my email and passwords for Xbox have been change that I use for Microsoft can I please get info on how to retrieve a recovery code. I cannot receive your emails because my phone is also hacked. I can't Log in period. I'm the real user here and im completely blocked from my account because you require a sign in to access a chat service or phone call back. How do I get my account back? Well, I'm trying this right now but the first question in the form is "What Microsoft account are you trying to get back into?" and it wants me to write "Email, phone, or Skype name". I at least try to enter my phone number and it says "The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist.". I mean, what? I'm trying to get back into an account I don't remember. How can I answer this question?

Phone number 2FA works and routes to another authentication, and the only one available from that point is my OTP or recovery code.

Said recovery code made almost 10 years ago.

Hello again, the other option would be to see if Activision support can exchange the link of accounts, because this is always done by the owner of the cona with the developer.
