How to get my account back?

I got my account hacked, I could not access any of my games I purchased over the years, every time I sign in now a different gamer tag appears and my achievements are at 0,my account name was SupplePenny93, it logs me in as PilarHickory76 now. Don’t really know what to do… have had my account over 15 years any help would be appreciated

Hello again, the other option would be to see if Activision support can exchange the link of accounts, because this is always done by the owner of the cona with the developer.

Hello again, I sent the link because by default to do this procedure you would have to have access to your old account because it is linked to your Activision account, did you try to get them to unlink the account?

I tried to recover my account truth microsoft account recovery form , but it's not working.

Then I have checked my email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and I found the last security alert witch been missed by me.

Also i can send you confirmation email as a prove of purchase of Mine Craft

I hope you can help me to return my account.

well i have 2 step verification so i would need to do email and password and i don’t have the number anymore and i have proof it’s my account on my xbox 369 where the account first started i have it on my account it’s the XxGangster71xX i had it on my xbox 1 till it ask me to login and couldn’t reset password because don’t have the number

When you first enabled 2 step verification it would have given you several backup codes (for this exact sort of situation if you lost your phone number) and told you to save them somewhere safe.

You can enter one of those backup codes instead whenever it asks for the code being texted to your old phone number.

If you dont have those backup codes then unfortunately the account wont be recoverable. Those backup codes are your last resort of account recovery in this sort of situation.
