Just be advised gamesharing outside of your household as well as sharing account information are both against the rules and are bannable offenses. What you have now experienced is part of the reason why that's against the rules.

Hopefully they didnt enable 2 step verification on your account after you gave your account info away. If they did then the form The_Last_DJ posted the link to wont work and your account would be more than likely lost for good.

It's possible to get it reversed... But I doubt they'll do it for an accidental mess up. My account got hacked and it was a 3 month ordeal to get my account back and migrated back.
