How to get more information on a banned account.

My son's Xbox account was banned. He claims (for what that is worth) that he doesn't know what he did. There is nothing in the suspension history of his account. I tried to appeal and ask that question, but only received a further denial, no details. Does it make sense that there is no suspension history listed? How do I find out what happened?

Thank you for your comment. I have gone to this section, but it is not telling me what caused the ban. There is no suspension history and when I asked for a review it only came back as "denied". I have no idea why the ban occured.

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

It should be visible on the enforcement website. To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com using your account if his account is added as a member of your family group.

You're welcome and I apologize for the trouble. For cases like this, I would recommend checking from time to time because there is no one that can check details when it comes with enforcement actions.
