    How to get Microsoft to reprocess a declined payment?


    I use my cash app to pay for my Microsoft expenses including xbox live, except that this month apparently I forgot to set a reminder on my phone for the payment due date, and just got a notification that the payment was declined. The notification was from
    cash app, not microsoft. So I added the necessary funds to my account, but I’m uncertain how to get Microsoft to reprocess the payment. I went to my account information on Microsoft’s website, and it has the payment as pending, which i assume that in the morning
    or somthing it will change from pending to declined. I want to avoid any interuptions in service, so is their a way to act before this would happen? Or will Microsoft attempt to collect the payment again automatically before they terminate the service? Any
    information would be greatly apprecieated. Thank you very much

    support.xbox.com/.../payment-declined-cant-change-payment-option

    It gives detailed instructions on how to change your payment method from one that is in a declined/expired state.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having an issue with a renewal. If the card is in decline you will need to remove it. It is asking for the card due to auto renew turned on. Here is a

    guide for why the payment is declined    . Let us know how it goes.

    Yeah I was at "Received at service center", then when I contacted escalation team 2 weeks ago, they reprocessed my order and now it says, "Packing material received by customer" and I was told to ignore this. They reprocessed it twice so far.
