How to get licensing agreement

so if i did not agree to anything on that screen could i of transfered as many times as i wanted to then?

Did you transfer any content from a previous xbox to the new slim using the
transfer tool? Once you do that you won't be able to transfer any content to another console until 121 days. (Which would be in March 2012) Is this the case?

so why do they do this about the 121
days?

One can perform a License Transfer x number of times a year. 121 days would seem to indicate it's no longer every year or six months, but quarterly.

what if your console breaks and need to get a new one and transfer again?

Call Support.
They will allow a transfer outside the regular waiting period for new consoles and repaired/replaced consoles.

You'll need to contact phone support for an issue such as this. However, I believe you can stop him from seeing the full games on his end by logging into your account on XBOX.com and going
here. Please click "Require Profile Download". Once you've done that go
here and reset your Windows Live ID password, assuming that was done right, he shouldn't be able to access that content since he would need to have your authenticated
profile that purchased the content first on the XBOX 360, and since he can't login to the account it should technically only show him "trial" games.

I haven't actually tested this theory out, but I believe it does indeed work that way.

Also, in the future you may want to make sure you delete your profile from any other consoles that you are not using yourself so things like this don't occur again.

Thank you very much for your help, but he has downloaded the game to his console so he is no longer doing anything else with my account. He is under his account the whole time and there is no way i have found to get the game off of his console without asking
him. I know i have screwed up by leaving without deleting my profile and am very mad at myself. I have changed my password already so he cannot access my profile any longer but he is still has the game which i just do not believe it is right that he is ***
over microsoft for not paying for the game.
