How to get it on my laptop without buying it even though I already own it.

You would have to purchase the PC version in order to play it on your laptop. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere game.

LOL tried to buy it again on my Xbox but now I can't because I "already own it" even though owning it means I can't watch any of it....This system is so well designed....
