    I need to get IPV6 on my Xbox to make it faster and download games quicker but I can’t find how to enable it on my bt smart hub 2 any ideas??

    Also.... IPv6 is no faster than IPv4.

    The newer version just has a different way of communicating to other devices on the internet. The speeds will be exactly the same.

    Generally, if a line has IPV6 support, it will automatically connect via that....I'd check with whoever your ISP is to make sure that IPV6 is active...not everywhere has IPV6...I don't have it on my line.

    BT Home Hub BT Home Hub 4: IPV6

    I reached out to a support rep from BT, and this was the response:

    BT has only enabled IPv6 on the HH5 and Smart Hub (HH6) at present.

    There are a couple of sites that mention the HH4 is not hardware capable of IPv6
