How to get in touch with someone about Compliance Lock

On October 22nd i noticed charges on my debit card that was attached to my microsoft account from Skype i recognized immediately that my account was compromised and called Microsoft… i had the funds refunded and i had the Microsoft rep log me out of all devices. From there i changed my password. A day later i logged in on my XBOX and was getting error message so i logged in through website and it said my account was compliance locked for violating terms of service. I haven’t violated any terms. im certain it came from when my account was compromised and the skype charges occurred. I have filled out that form from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/AccountReinstatement 3 times and i haven’t heard anything. This is been going on for a month and i would like a resolution as i have had this account for well over 10 years

Right now the form that you shared above is the only way to appeal to a compliance lock.

And here in the forums unfortunately no one can give you details or tell you the specific reason about this account lock

Yes, unfortunately regular Microsoft support is not capable to help with that :c

If maybe you always used the same contact email address. Please try using a different one

With the 3rd form i used different contact email hopefully i get a response soon.

Thats really unfortunate i have filled out 3 forms and waited 7 business days each time and all the xbox rep says is fill out another form its really ridiculous
