How to get in touch via call with any xbox customer service!! I can't replace my broken...

There is a chat option but you'll need to follow the path to get in first. Just keep choosing more help if the option is there and you'll get into the chat. You could follow the billing path to make it easier.

Hello aaaa, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your controller.

If you're unable to set up a repair for the controller online then you would need to contact a Microsoft Advocate for more help. There is no longer an inbound line to call support for more help but you can do an online chat with them.

Please log in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start the process for a chat. When you get to a fellow Xbox gamer ask to be escalated to an Advocate for more help.

I'm surprise that Xbox is giving a free game to people who can actually play their Xbox(broken Disc drive until they get replacement) but not for people who can't even update it to touch it....... NOW that ticks me off!!! If there is a Microsoft Customer
support looking at this I hope KARMA gets to them...

I got the same problem and recently my controller started disconnecting constantly making games unplayable. Unfortunately it is impossible to get in touch with their Service department, no phone is shown, no chat is shown, nothing. I can't report the problem.

PS: I am trying to get in touch with Xbox's spanish customer service.
