    How to get help


    microsoft wallet has money added via giftcard, xbox has proper balance under settings/billing & subs, goto cart in store on xbox balance is not updated properly therefore son cannot purchase anything.

    Many times(more than 10x) I have had to call Xbox support and have them purchase the title for my son. and after a very long process where able to purchase the game. this problem has happened on 2 different xboxes and was told it was a database server issue.

    Here i am again trying to call xbox support

    phone support not available have to request support call from web, request support call from web get error same error on microsoft and xbox site.

    Regarding the issue that you're facing with the Microsoft balance, I will recommend performing a reset to your Xbox using this link Xbox Support and select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.

    If the issue still persists, you will need to contact our live support: Contact us | Xbox Support.

    However, If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.
