    NO NO NO

    Pushing an opened tray in while the console is off is a big no no. That should never be done in any situation.

    oke try this clear the memory cache then afther youv'e don this remove all the usb things that are hooked on the xbox.

    open the tray and remove the game if there is a game in the tray.

    then unplug the powercord.Then GENTLY push the tray half way closed GENTLY!!!! then plug in the power and switch on the xbox by using the powerbutton on the xbox DO NOT use the controler button ore eject button to powerup the xbox!!

    This shoud reset the xbox and then is shoud redownload the latest update .if you have don this please report back here iff it worked
