How to get email from Microsoft about Minecraft

I bought a Mojang account when the game was still pretty new, but now I want to go play on my Mojang account and I tried what my password would have been and it didn't work. But when I try to get the email sent to my email it wont get sent from Microsoft.

We know that you wanted to play Minecraft and is unable to because the account's password has changed. Although you have good intention on recovering the account buying a Mojang account means you do not have the full access of this game license as this is under someone's email account. This link should be helpful for you however, this will only apply if you own the email account itself - Forgot my Minecraft Password | Minecraft. Seling and gaining an access to someone's account is considered fraud and it is against the community standard of Xbox. Should you, in the future, consider buying a game make sure it is a game not an account.

Hi Lucas,

When I log in to the Minecraft website with my current Microsoft account, it says I don't own Minecraft. I do have the confirmation email about the migration, and the confirmation email from when I transferred my Microsoft account.

I have no emails or other notifications about any changes. Most recent one was from microsoft about an update to their terms of use. My other email also does not have minecraft licence.
