How to get DLC on a new console

Hi,

I am from India and had bought some content on my Xbox one. I have recently changed my console, is there a way to get back the downloaded content on my new console?

license Transfer

So I know how dlc is available to every xbox live profile on the console it is purchased on (I think) But if I license transfer the profiles and dlc to a new console will the profiles on the new one all have it?

Accessing DLC on Family Gold For New console

Have just bought a new console and recovered the gamer tags for the family onto the new system. However I have transferred the licences for the DLC onto the new console and redoes loaded the map packs etc. now the other family members cannot access these
map packs when playing games whereas on the old console they could. Have I done something wrong? How do the kids get access to the DLC on the new console?

Hi,

For games - Go into "My games & apps" and you should see your purchased games in the main "Ready to install" list there.

For DLC - For DLC, first highlight the tile of an installed game you've purchased DLC for, then press the menu button on the controller and choose "Manage game". That will open up a new screen and you will see a "Ready to install" list that's just for add-ons
for that specific game, so anything you've purchased can be installed from there.

If this doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the console with the gamertag used to purchase the content.

How are you accessing the account without an email address?

Are you not able to access the personal details of the account to add a new email address?

What message are you getting when trying to connect online?

If you are using the same console all the DLC he has bought should be available to all users in that console.

If he creates a new account on it, he should be able to download all that DLC again for free.

How old is your N64? If the console breaks, how hard would it be to find a new one?

Now think of your 360. WHEN it dies, how will you get your old DLC and Arcade games back? They'll kill the servers in a few years.

That's a critical difference.

New DLC being released March 25th 2014 for windows and PC not sure how long it will be until console release if at all
