    Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, i'm looking at how to maybe 'force' the Xbox One to upload my 360 backwards compatible saves.

    I'm playig Fallout 3 in the lounge on my Xbone, and bedroom on 360. The 360 uploads just fine, so I can carry on from my last point in lounge.

    However, if I am playing in the lounge on XBone, and retire to the bedroom - the saves do not get uploaded. They remain "Pending upload" on the Xbone. It seems they never upload.

    I've tried exiting game to Xbone dashboard, I've tried using the 360 menu to exit the game, tried signing in and out of Live. Nothing seems to fix this frustrating problem. Waste half an hour each time with no success.

    Anyone had this problem and found a solution?

    How to transfer Fallout 3 360 games saves without Gold Membership ?

    Does anybody know if there is a way to transfer my Fallout 3 Xbox 360 save file to my Xbox One if i don't have a Gold Membership.

    I cannot use the cloud save option to transfer due to only having a Silver Membship... which seems odd as the Xbox One uses cloud saves just fine.

    Is it possible to save my Fallout 3 game save to a USB Stick and connect that to the Xbox One or is it not recognized - anyone tried ?

    Although the backwards compatability option seems to work alot better than i expected, this restriction alone would stop me using my 360 games as i don't particularly fancy putting in another 116 hours of gameplay again on a single game alone.

    Maybe the cloud saves for 360 should be opened up to Silver Members to get with the times as there is no way in hell i will buy a Gold Subscription just so i can saves my games to the cloud.

    Oh well... back to my 360 !

    cloud savegame isn't available

    Hi there,

    since I'm playing Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360, I'm using the cloud to save it and it always works. Unfortunately if I'm trying to use this savegame on my Xbox one it isn't available. I would really appreciate if I get some help! Thank you guys in advance!

    this     info, specifically the section titled: "When is my game save uploaded to the cloud?". Are you able to see the save in your active downloads at all? Post back and let me know!

    Cloud save data

    You can't transfer save data directly from the cloud saves. Some BC games allow you to upload your xbox 360 game saves to cloud so you can use them in your xbox one as long as you play online.

    ^ I THINK that, for game saves to be available on XB1, you have to upload them to the cloud /from a 360/. Not sure how this part of BC works, to be honest.

    If your saves are in the cloud, or you can move them over to the cloud via a 360, then your progress SHOULD carry over, provided when those titles are on BC that they work with cloud saves, There have been some titles so far that do not
