    Most badges are only available for employees. There are only 2 badges for non-employees. If you are eligible for the Ambassador program, you can sign up and earn a badge after completing some activity in the program (http://ambassadors.microsoft.com/xbox) The second badge is only for Xbox MVPs. http://mvp.xbox.com
