    I abandoned the dev mode and back to retail, also deactivated the console, but the space i reserved to dev mode still occupied, help.

    On the
    official instructions to set up Dev Mode on the Xbox One     it states the following:

    "NOTE:

    Your retail games and apps won’t run in Developer Mode, but the apps or games you create will. Switch back to Retail Mode to run your favorite games and apps."

    So not being able to run your installed apps and games you got from the Store is perfectly normal. In Dev Mode you can ONLY run the programs you sideloaded. To be able to run retail games and regular Apps from Marketplace, you will have to switch back to
    retail mode and exit Dev Mode.
