How to get back product when refund process has been canceled

I purchased product on game (it doesnt matter what game) i asked for refund (beacuse purchased by accident) but i decided to get that product back. But seller can't do that and directed to Xbox Help. Thank you for answers

Xbox Live hard to cancel

I have called them and even if you meant to cancel after the charge has been made for the next period they won't give you any sort of refund. I was only one day late in calling to cancel and I still could not get a refund with them. The only thing they would do is not automatically renew it when came due again.

 

Any Xbox game for £20 cheaper

I've had none of my 7 orders 6 have been cancelled and refunded but the XB live code I ordered is still processing. Doubt I'll get this now as I received an email stating it was to be cancelled and refunded within 5-7 working days. That was 8 working days ago.

I'm calling them today. I'm going to be really snotty, abrupt, sarcastic, and damn right rude.

I'm confused as to what the seller can't do.

You asked for a refund and say the refund was canceled, so did you get the product or not?

DLC and in-game currency purchased is not refundable so you should still have the item purchased.

A game purchased through your Microsoft account, if refunded can later be repurchased through your account.

If the purchase was done through a reseller, you need to work with them. If they cancelled the refund request, and took back the product, they owe you either the product or the money.

 

I forgot to say its virtual money on game Roblox (i bought 1700 virtual money for 19.99$) . Its free game. Seller can't get my product back beacuse, XBOX is another type of purchase. I do a MASSIVE conversation. But, let's start from the begging. I wanted
to check my balance. I wanted to click CANCEL button (i was in purchase window) and by accident i clicked BUY button. In panic i turned off my console. (I had my mother's credit card entered.) 6 Hours later i get confirmation of purchase and then i get my
product. I checked what i do in this situation (on microsoft help) and it was written that I should be contacted with seller to get my Refund. Of course they send refund request to Billing Center. But after thinking, I wanted to get it back (I don't know why).
They cancelled my refund request and I was left alone in this situation. and they wrote to me that i have 4400 currency to spend, But i don't have it. What i should do?

I purchased it on Roblox on Xbox One. On microsoft/purchases or something like that there's no return or refund button.
