Thank yuo for the reply. Unfortunaetly we have been through that and have tried everyhting already. I was hoping there might be soemthing else we can do. Customer supprot already told us why the suspensions happened on the phone. My dad spoke to them many times and we have been trying for months to communicate with the enfrocement team. The group of players who griefed me for so many years did this just to harm me. I am not sure why they ignore our emails and I wish there was a way for us to reach someone in upper management. Still I apprecaite you taking the time to reply.
