How to get Access to my lost account?

Okay, but I do not have access to the account email and I do not know the account email. I also cannot block the charge with my bank because I am in Japan and it is not a credit card, but debit card. Is there no Microsoft representative or a customer support line I can call. I literally have the payment details it shouldn't be hard to look up the account...

Hmm, your bank should still be able to do it even with a debit card.
Regarding the recovery form:
You need to put an alternative email there. Then fill it out and wait for Microsoft to contact them for more assistance. If the info is enough Microsoft will know which aacount you want to get back

There is no way to get that info even with the payment details due to privacy terms. Also this is a community forum so we really do not have any kind of info access

If that doe not work then you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side

I'm afraid there is not way to link or merge two (or more) Xbox Live Accounts in to 1 account.

You will have to get access to that original Microsoft Account to get access to that Xbox Live Account, maybe the steps or links on this page will be able to regain access to that MS account:

i dont have access to the email or password. i completely lost that account when i did the factory reset. Any way how i can get that account back?
