How to get access to an named epic account

Thank you for your response, but when i go through this process, due to me already having an epic account with the same email as my xbox, when i try to go through this process it says i already have an account with that email address so i cant sign in through my xbox. it identifies that my xbox account is different but wont let me use that email again as i already have an epic acount with it. and i also cant add my xbox account to that original epic account due to it being attatched to this unnamed account. so now im just wondering where to go from here.

What if immediately after clicking on the icon for the platform you use to play with your unnamed account (Xbox) I get: " There was an error processing the credentials from the external login system.
