    Thank you for reaching out to the forums, unfortunately the enforcement team does not review the forums and is unable to assist. In this case your boyfriend will have to go over to the
    Enforcement Website to submit a case review so the enforcement team can take a look at this case.

    If he was suspended, he would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. There is no way you can get him unbanned yourself. He would have been
    suspended because he violated the code of conduct, not just because you reported him.

    sorry they do not ban without proof you will not be getting the account unbanned I am sorry they are taking to long to get back to you but you have to understand they get 100s if not 1000s of reports that they have to investigate. just give it time but
    sadly you will not be getting it unbanned.
