How to get a suspended account due to suspicious activity back?

Really... He literally hasn't done anything, he logged on one day and gave him the suspicious activity message. Someone has tried logging into his account most likely. If it was a ban Microsoft would have said that like they always do, as I have been banned myself in the past and that is not the message you would receive. And as I said using the green contact button doesn't even work it just says "unable to process call" for me, for him and for anyone else we've asked to try it.

The account is locked not banned.

If the Safety Team has made the decision to permanently ban your friend's Xbox account, it means there was a flagrant and gross violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement and Community Standards for Xbox. While occasionally the team may call to obtain more information, if they feel they have enough information, they will simply make a decision. If your friend's account already had multiple strikes as well and was given multiple opportunities to improve their behavior but did not, this kind of action may be taken.

The only other option you could take would be to use the green Contact Us button to speak with Phone Support, but please keep in mind that if you identify yourself using your friend's account information, the phone call could be terminated. Otherwise, if the decision has been made, there is no further action your friend can take, although I might suggest trying to use social media to contact Xbox Support as well, such as Twitter.

I'm sorry to hear that your friend's account is suspended due to suspicious activity. In this case, as I understand it, support cannot help or has nothing to do with suspended accounts. The only thing they can do is guide the user to file an appeal. .

The appeal is handled by the Enforcement team and you can access it at the following link:

If I have already submitted the appeal, all that remains is to wait for it to be reviewed by the team in charge and then they will let you know the decision they will make. But unfortunately nothing more can be done about it.

Thanks for your reply, and while I understand that you are suggesting your friend has not done anything wrong, it seems Microsoft has determined that the activity on his account--**from what they can see**--is suspicious enough to warrant it be banned. I'm not agreeing, just trying to explain why their decision is so binary, regardless of whether we agree with their decision or not.
