How to get a replacement Xbox within 10 days or purchasing it...

as it is from their store, make sure you get a brand new replacement, they will try palming you off with a refurb. you are entitled to brand new up to 30 days after purchase.

if you are in the UK take it back to the place of purchase.

under 30 days of purchase they are obligated to replace it at store, after this and under 6 months they can send to Microsoft for repair, or replace or refund whichever they choose, after 6 months they send to repair, or replace.

You would need to contact Microsoft Store support.

Just an FYI if the store doesn't take it back, you can always get them replaced by contacting Rockstar. They would be happy to tell you if there is anything physically wrong with the discs or give you instructions on how to get replacements as it's within
the first 90 days of purchase.
