How to get a refund for purchases made 2 years ago

It is not a refund for a game I am asking for, I was in game purchases that my 4 year old autistic son made without me knowing. The reason it has taken so long is because I have been in contact with my bank and my solicitor to get the best advice possible and they have told me that Microsoft have to refund me

Playing and completing a game isn't justification for returning something

If you want that you should've went disk

14 days is normal for any service

Unlike sony once you download it it's yours with a few exceptions

2 years is considered played

And asking for a refund at that point is not within the refund policy if you read it

14 days or 2 hours

Not when you beat the game

It is for mistaken purchases not because you got tired of it
